If you and ProNail Complex have any legal dispute related to this Agreement or the duties in it, the case must be filed in a federal or state court in the United States of America. You must begin any legal claim related to the Service within one (1) year of the claim arising; after that it is no longer valid. If ProNail Complex does not require strict compliance with any part of this Agreement, that does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Neither the ongoing relationship between any parties involved nor any industry custom will change what’s written in this Agreement. ProNail Complex can hand off its rights and responsibilities under this Agreement to anyone else at any moment and doesn’t have to let you know beforehand.
